====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 07-01-2019 This petition has been filed for review of the judgment dated 12.08.2015 passed in F.A. No. 200 of 1976 by his Lordship Hon'ble Mr. Justice Mungeshwar Sahoo allowing the appeal.

From perusal of aforesaid judgment, it appears that same has been passed on merit after considering the case of parties.

This Court does not find any justifiable cause to review aforesaid judgment.

Hon'ble Supreme Court has held in case of Union of India & Ors. Vs. B. Valluvan & Ors. reported in AIR 2007 SC 210 that court jurisdiction to review its own judgment is limited. Therefore, this Court does not find any merit in this petition.
