1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner had moved this Court seeking anticipatory bail by filing Cr. Misc. No.55264 of 2024 and the same was allowed by an order dated 02.09.2024 with a condition that one of the bailor of the petitioner shall be his father, namely, Bhuteli Ray.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in Cr. Misc. No. 55264 of 2024, inadvertently, the word "Late" could not be prefixed before the name of Bhuteli Ray. It is next submitted that father of the petitioner had died much prior to filing of Cr. Misc. No.55264 of 2024. It is thus submitted that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69703 of 2024(2) dt.20-09-2024 2/2 the order dated 02.09.2024 is modified to the extent that one of the bailor of the petitioner instead of his father should be his wife namely, Rinku Kumari.

4. The learned C.G.C. does not oppose the modification application.

5. Considering the submissions, the order dated 02.09.2024 in Cr. Misc. No.55264 of 2024 is modified to the extent indicated above.
