In view of the aforesaid, it is directed that the petitioner may file a representation before the respondent no. 2 and in case such representation is filed, the respondent no. 2 may dispose off the same by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of four weeks thereafter and in case the benefit is found payable, the same would be paid within four weeks thereafter.
