2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Patna Cyber P.S. Case No. 887/2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 419/420/468/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66(C), 66(D) of the I.T. Act.

3. The petitioner was running a call centre in which he had employed females and was committing fraud by making calls and misguiding the persons to download AnyDesk App and thereafter, money lying in their accounts were transferred. The petitioner has been found to be the kingpin of the entire crime.

4. In view of the above, this application is dismissed.
