2. This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the

Patna High Court CWJC No.6929 of 2017 dt.28-08-2019 2/2 respondents authorities to make payment of entire current as well as arrears of salary to the petitioners w.e.f. 01.04.1990 till date against the post of Clerk and Peon on which they have been working against sanctioned post in the non-government recognized aided Baidyanath Surat Jainarain Sanskrit Madhyamik Vidyalaya, Garha in the district of Madhubani in terms of judgment and order dated 14.03.2014 passed by this Hon'ble Court in C.W.J.C. No. 16598 of 2007 with C.W.J.C. No. 15599 of 2008 in which this Court has directed to make payment from 27.07.2006.

3. The writ petition is disposed of with a direction to grant similar benefit to the petitioners as granted to the petitioners of C.W.J.C. No. 16598 of 2007 with C.W.J.C. No. 15599 of 2008 partly allowed by judgment and order dated 11.03.2014.

4. The writ petition is disposed of.
