2. The present application has been filed for quashing of First Information Report bearing Ariyari Police Station Case No. 146 of 2016 for the offence under Section 406, 408, 409, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that this application has become infructuous as the charges have been framed in the year 2022.

4. In view of the above, the application is dismissed as having become infructuous.
