1. Heard learned Senior counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of anticipatory bail apprehending his arrest in connection with Tankuppa P.S. Case no.133 of 2022 registered under sections 420, 406, 467, 468 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. After some argument, having heard the observations of this Court learned Senior counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application to move the learned Court below for regular bail.

4. The application is dismissed as withdrawn.

5. The petitioner is directed to surrender in the learned Court below within a period of four weeks.

6. In case the petitioner so surrenders and prays for
