2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 420, 406, 467, 468 and 120 ( B ) of IPC .
3 . The prosecution case in brief, is that informant namely, Rajiv Anand alleged that he had purchased a piece of land from the accused persons, for which he paid a sum of 2 ₹ crore 51 lakh out of the total agreed consideration of 4 crore ₹ 40 lakh. Subsequently, when the informant demanded execution

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is not signatory to the alleged agreement. As a matter of fact, the agreement was signed between the informant and co-accused Ramadhar Roy, and he paid the entire amount to the informant. Petitioner has played no role during the aforementioned payment and signing land agreement was entered between informant and others. Petitioner is only alleged to be present at the time of signing of Agreement to sale . Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5 . Learned counsel for the State opposed the bail petition .
6 Considering the aforesaid facts, clean antecedent of the petitioner and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM- IV Patna in connection with Agamkuan P.S. Case No. 658 of 2024 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 482(2) of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64552 of 2025(3) dt.15-11-2025 3/3 Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita , 2023 .
