Learned counsel for the petitioner placed reliance on Annexure-7, the order passed by the Hon'ble Chancellor by which the Hon'ble Chancellor has quashed the order of suspension of the petitioner from the date of suspension itself. He submits that even after the order of the Hon'ble Chancellor, the University has not paid salary to the petitioner. Even the petitioner has been denied subsistence allowance. In view of the decision of the Hon'ble Chancellor, the respondent- University is directed to ensure payment of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.7448 of 2017(3) dt.11-04-2018 2/2 entire salary for the period the petitioner was put under suspension as the suspension was revoked from the date of suspension itself. The respondent-University is directed to work out the entitlement of the petitioner for payment of salary for the period from 20.12.2015 to 31.7.2016 and ensure payment of the same within a maximum period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order failing which the University is required to pay interest at the rate of 9% from the date of the order passed by the Hon'ble Chancellor till the actual payment and the Registrar, Financial Adviser and Finance Officer are under obligation to pay the interest component from their own pockets.
