The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jadopur P.S. Case No. 58 of 2019 registered under Sections 341, 323, 326, 504 and 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the allegation made against the petitioner that he inflicted chhura blow twice on the back of the shoulder of the informant and the doctor found both the injuries to be grievous in nature, I am not inclined to grant him bail for the present even though he is in custody since 15.07.2019. The application for bail is rejected.

The learned jurisdictional Magistrate, Gopalganj is directed to frame charges forthwith and conclude the trial as early as possible preferably within seven months from the date
