2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Obra P.S. Case No. 130 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 351(2), 352 and 3(5) of the BNS and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per the prosecution story, the informant has alleged that on 08.04.2025, at approximately 10:11 AM, he and his mother, Upa Dekhi were at home, suddenly a brick was thrown at the back door of his house. Hearing the noise, he immediately went outside and saw two individuals namely Chotu Singh S/o Jugesh Singh and Chotu Singh S/o Bhola Singh were holding pistols in their hands. They fired shots towards him, from which he narrowly escaped. The accused
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66666 of 2025(2) dt.17-09-2025 2/3 persons used abusive language and threatened to kill him and his family soon. The entire incident was captured in the CCTV camera.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire allegation against the petitioner is false, baseless and concocted one. The petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence rather he has been falsely implicated in this case due to previous enmity and also because of the local dirty politics. There is no recovery of any illegal arms from his possession and also there is no eye witness to the alleged occurrence. From perusal of F.I.R., it clearly transpires that no one has sustained gun shot injury. Petitioner is in custody since 14.06.2025.
5. Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts and considering the period under custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned in connection with Obra P.S. Case No. 130 of 2025 subject to the following conditions :- (i). Petitioner will remain physically present in trial on
