2. The present modification application has been filed for modification of the order dated 11.10.2022 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 1665/2020 by which the petitioner was directed to file an application before the concerned "Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement Authority ("LAARA") within thirty days from 11.10.2022 and thereafter the matter shall be heard on its merit.
