Learned counsel for the petitioner has moved before this Court challenging the order dated 18.06.2025 passed by learned District and Additional Judge 1st , Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No. 49 of 2021, whereby and whereunder the learned trial Court rejected the discharge petition of the petitioner. Now, charges have been framed.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since charges have been framed in this case, the matter has become infructuous. Therefore, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present revision petition with a liberty to the petitioner to have recourse of law in appropriate proceeding against framing of charge.

4. Permission, as prayed for, is accorded.
