2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is alleged that this petitioner along with other F.I.R. named accused persons after taking the consideration money from the husband of the informant fraudulently sold him a forged and fabricated sale deed.
4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is only the identifier of the sale deed in question and he has not received a single penny from the informant and her husband. Moreover, the dispute is of civil nature.

Considering the civil nature of dispute, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gaya in connection with Vishnupad P. S. Case No. 103 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
