The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Turkauliya (Banjariya) P.S. Case No. 396 of 2019 registered under Sections 366A, 504/34 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. The specific allegation is against co-accused Ashok Manjhi. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in
