2. This application has been filed for grant of regular bail arising out of Jainagar P.S. Case No. 425 of 2020, registered for the offences under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of stealing a motorcycle.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner is innocent and falsely been implicated in this case and he is in custody since 06.12.2020.

5. Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer of bail.

6. Considering the period of custody, the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69497 of 2023(2) dt.01-11-2023 2/2 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge -IV, Madhubani in connection with Jainagar P.S. Case No. 425 of 2020.
