Petitioner is in custody in connection with Sachiwalaya P.S. Case No. 159 of 2019 for the offence under section 392 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Allegation against this petitioner is that he was involved in snatching the mobile of the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 15.06.2019.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on
