JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 21-02-2019 Learned counsel for the petitioner admits that petitioner has been paid post retiral dues except interest for the period of 1.7.2010 to 31.12.2010 over payment of GPF and gratuity.

Considering the fact that substantial payment has been made in terms of the direction issued by the court, the present proceeding is dropped. However, liberty shall be available to the petitioner to raise demand with regard to payment of interest over delayed payment for the period 1.7.2010 to 31.12.2010 on GPF and gratuity.

In case, such grievance is raised by the petitioner before the competent authority, the competent authority shall
