Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 5.2.2019 in Cr. Misc. No. 6495 of 2019.

Learned counsel with reference to the order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 6495 of 2019 dated 5.2.2019 submits that similarly circumstances other co-accused has been granted bail. Considering the aforesaid, the court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 565 of 2018 subject to the condition that on release the petitioner shall render

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60737 of 2019(4) dt.10-06-2020 2/2 his service as volunteer in dedicated Covid-19 hospital for a period of one month. He is required to report to the district Nodal Officer who shall utilize the service of the petitioner appropriately.
