2. After the matter was heard for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition reserving liberty to represent the respondent No.7, namely, the Circle Officer, Goh, District -Aurangabad under section 23 of the Bihar Tenancy Act, 1885 for demarcation of his land upon payment of cost.

3. Prayer is allowed.

4. Without expressing any opinion on merits, the present petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.

5. However, we expect that the respondent No.7, namely, the Circle Officer, Goh, District -Aurangabad shall consider and decide the petitioner's application/request expeditiously and preferably within a period of three months from the date of its presentation.
