The Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Chapra Rail Police P.S. Case No. 13 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 401/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case, as alleged. The name of the petitioner has come only in the confessional statement of co-accused Deepak Prasad. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten
