2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a complaint case punishable for offence under Sections 323, 341, 498-A and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. From perusal of impugned order, it appears that in this case, after issuance of process under Section 82/83 of the Cr.P.C., this petitioner has already been declared absconder and thereafter, on 30.06.2025, warrant of arrest has been issued and as such, this anticipatory bail application is not maintainable, in view of several decisions of the Supreme Court, rendered in the case of (i) Lavesh v. State (NCT of Delhi), reported in (2012) 8 S.C.C. 730, (ii) State of MP v. Pradeep Sharma, reported in (2014) 2 S.C.C. 17, and (iii) Prem Shankar Prasad v. State of Bihar, reported in 2021 SCC Online SC 955.
