The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation is that the accused persons including the petitioner attacked with sword upon the son of the informant from back side causing injury on several parts of his body. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 5.6.2019 and has got no criminal antecedent. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. As per the injury report, the nature of injury is said to be superficial in nature. No offence under Section 307 of the I.P.C. is made out.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri P.K. Tiwary, J.M. 1st class, Kishanganj in connection with Galgalia P.S. case No.34 of 2019.
