The petitioner seeks bail in a case for the offence registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506/34 of the IPC and 27 of the Arms Act.

The prosecution story, in brief, is that on 29.10.2018 at about 16.00 P.M., while the informant was sitting at her door, accused Alakh Paswan, Ranjit Yadav (petitioner), Rajesh Yadav and Nagina Yadav came and on the order of Alakh Paswan, Ranjit Yadav (petitioner) fired on her with his pistol upon which, she sustained fire-arm injury in her left leg bwlow the knee, Rajesh Kumar snatched her golden locket and Nagina Yadav snatched golden ear-ring of her both ears worth Rs. 40,000/- and he also assaulted her mother brutally and caused

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is languishing in custody since 24.07.2019. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. The petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. Charge sheet has been submitted in the present case. There is no allegation of tampering with the witnesses alleged against the petitioner. There is case and counter case between the parties. Free fight is alleged to have taken place between the parties. Injury is on non-vital part of the body of the victim. Nature of injury is said to be simple.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Nalanda at Bihar Sharif, in connection with Noor Sarai P.S. Case No. 286 of 2018.
