Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Mejarganj P.S. Case No. 205 of 2022 registered for the offence under Section 7 of Essential Commodities Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the instant case. Further submission is that the vehicle in question does not belong to the petitioner. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional
