That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction commanding upon the respondents Bank to consider the application for appointment of the petitioner on compassionate ground as father of the petitioner had died in harness while posted as branch manager at Machhargawa branch in Uttar Bihar Gramin Bank in short U.B.G.B."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Respondent

Patna High Court CWJC No.14550 of 2023(2) dt.08-04-2024 2/2 No. 1, i.e. the Chairman, Uttar Bihar Gramin Bank, Muzaffarpur, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought, is granted.
