JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 12-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under various sections of U.A.P.A. Act and Sections 3⁄4 of Explosive Substance Act.

Taking into consideration the allegation levelled against the petitioner as well as his criminal antecedent, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with U.A.P. Case No. 05 of 2016 arising out of Chandramandih P.S. Case No. 05 of 2016 pending in the court of learned Sessions Judge, Jamui stands rejected.
