The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bhabua (Sonhan) P.S. Case No.510 of 2022 registered under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. There is nothing specific against the petitioner. The petitioner is younger brother of the husband of the deceased. The husband of the deceased is in custody.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65716 of 2022(3) dt.24-01-2023 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Bhabua (Sonhan) P.S. Case No.510 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
