2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Siwan Muffasil P.S. Case No. 383 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 379, 385, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code later on Section 307 of IPC was added, pending in the Court of learned A.C.J.M.-1st, Siwan.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application submitting that during pendency of this application the petitioner has already been apprehended by the police.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.
