The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Parsa Bazar P.S. Case No. 267 of 2018 for the offence under Section 498A, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The marriage took place on 08.03.2014. He further submits that petitioner is ready to keep his wife with full care, honour and dignity. Learned counsel for the informant submits that the informant is also ready to stay with the husband provided he takes care of the informant like wife.

No.70752 of 2019(3) dt.05-03-2020 2/2 Considering the aforesaid, and in order to encourage restoration of normal conjugal life, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, in the event of arrest or surrender within one month from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate VIII, Patna in connection with Parsa Bazar P.S. Case No. 267 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
In the event petitioner neglects, misbehaves or tortures the informant of this case, the Court below shall be at liberty to cancel his bail bonds.
