Heard the learned counsel for the respondent. The present application has been filed assailing the order passed by the learned court below under Section 15 of the Bihar Buildings (Lease, Rent and Eviction) Control, Act 1982 directing the defendant-tenant to pay Rs. 800/- per month and also the arrears of rent. It has also been observed in the impugned order that the dispute regarding the rate of rent to be Rs. 8000/- or Rs. 800/- shall be considered at the time of final disposal of the suit. As nobody has appeared on behalf of the petitioner, the writ application is dismissed as not pressed. (V. Nath, J) Devendra/- U
