2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 52 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.

6. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today and prays for regular bail, the same shall be considered by the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70048 of 2023(3) dt.31-01-2024 2/2 learned court below on the same day without being prejudiced by this order considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
