The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No.330 of 2025 registered for the offence under sections 126(2), 115(2), 352, 351(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and under section 25(9) of the Arms Act. 3.

The petitioner is accused of threatening the informant and abusing him.

The petitioner claims clean antecedent. He is in custody since 07.07.2025.

Considering the nature of allegation, period of custody and the clean antecedent of the petitioner, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70152 of 2025(2) dt.09-10-2025 2/2 Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai / concerned Court below, in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No.330 of 2025.

At the time of accepting the bail bonds of the petitioner, the Court below shall verify the statement of the petitioner that he has clean antecedent. The bail bonds of the petitioner shall only be accepted if it is found that he has clean antecedent.

As a condition of this order, the petitioner after being released on bail, is directed to mark his attendance at Lakhisarai Police Station, District- Lakhisarai on every Sunday of the month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) pawan/- U T
