ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 15-10-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody since 02.08.2019 in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 494/2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 356/379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the FIR, but only on the basis of suspicion, he was taken into custody and, thereafter, he was made to give a self-confessional statement which has no evidentiary value. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and has been falsely implicated in connection with the present case.

Considering the aforementioned facts and

No.61144 of 2019(2) dt.15-10-2019 2/2 circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa, in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 494/2019.
