The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Gamhariya (Gamharia) P.S. Case No. 98 of 2019, (C.I.S. No. 921/2019) registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is regarding the accused persons having intercepted the informant and snatched the cash. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and he has been remanded in this case from another case bearing Singheshwar P.S. Case No. 101 of 2019 only on the basis of confessional statement of the co-accused namely Ravi Shankar Kumar. It is further submitted that the petitioner is languishing

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60879 of 2019(3) dt.27-11-2019 2/2 in custody since 02.07.2019.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Madhepura in connection with Gamhariya (Gamharia) P.S. Case No. 98 of 2019, (C.I.S. No. 921/2019).

It is needless to state that the petitioner would mark his attendance before the Officer-in-Charge of the concerned police station at 10:00 a.m. on each Monday of the week and in the event of two consecutive defaults, the present privilege of the regular bail shall stand cancelled automatically.
