2. Without going into the merit or demerit of the case, the present Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with the consent of both the counsels.

3. Having regard to the facts that the petitioner has already ventilated his grievance by way of a representation dated 26.08.2025 (Annexure P/5) addressed to the Chairman, Respondent No. 2 herein.

4. The Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Respondent No. 2 to consider the said representation and pass necessary orders strictly in accordance with law.

5. It is needless to observe that before passing any orders, the petitioner shall be put on notice and given an opportunity of hearing. The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Any order passed shall be communicated to the parties.

5. In case the authorities come to the conclusion that the grievance of the petitioner is genuine they shall endeavour to make the necessary payment within the stipulated time. However, if the authorities are of the opinion that the case of the petitioner does not have any merit for consideration they shall pass any reasoned order giving reasons for the said rejection.

6. With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
