The petitioner is in custody since 15.07.2019 in connection with Excise Case No. 565 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 272/273 of the IPC and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged recoveries were not from the conscious possession of the petitioner, but he is alleged to have been running away from the place of occurrence. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents of similar nature. In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand)
