JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 05-01-2024 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant and learned APP for the State. The instant application for regular bail has been filed by the petitioner in connection with Kuil P.S. case No. 47 of 2022 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Earlier the application for regular bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 06.02.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 51138 of 2022.

In compliance of the order dated 03.11.2023, a status report has been received by which it appears that trial will be concluded within a period of six months.

No fresh ground is made out for reconsideration of the regular bail application of the petitioner. Accordingly, this

The application stands disposed off.

The learned trial court is directed to conclude the trial within the stipulated period of six months positively failing which, the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.
