2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already filed a representation before the respondent no. 2, the Registrar, Baba Saheb Bhimrao Ambedkar Bihar University, Muzaffarpur but the same has not been disposed of uptill now.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 2 to dispose of the representation of the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from today after affording opportunity of personal hearing or through his counsel by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law.

4. Respondent no. 2 shall be solely liable for noncompliance of this order within the stipulated period.
