JUSTICE HEMANT GUPTA ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 06-03-2017 This Court on 16.12.2011 disposed of Writ Application filed by the petitioner with a direction to the respondent no. 2 to consider the claim of the petitioner and, if the claim is found to be genuine, to pass an order for clearing the arrears of salary and, in case of refusal, to pass a speaking order.

2. In terms of such directions, an order has been passed on 07.11.2012 (Annexure 'C' to the Show Cause) which, inter alia, states that the financial benefits have been paid to the petitioner except salary for the months of February and March, 2010 which is against the Circular dated 01.04.1991 of the State Government.

3. In view of the said facts, the present contempt petition is rendered infructuous and the same stands disposed of.
