JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 16-10-2019 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court by order dated 27.3.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 1381 of 2018 and allegation against the petitioner, who happens to be husband, is of causing death of his wife with respect to demand. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that four witnesses have been examined till date and they have not supported the prosecution case and he is in custody for more than two years.

Heard learned APP also.

In view of above facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. However, once the family members of the deceased, including the informant have been examined in this case, the petitioner is at liberty to move the court below for grant of bail, which shall be considered on the
