2. By way of this writ application the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:- a. The respondent authorities and especially respondent nos. 6 to 8 may be directed to investigate/re-investigate, the case lodged by the petitioner/informant, vide; Khagaul P.S. Case No. 135 of 2024 (District- Patna), instituted for the offenses u/s-376, 511, 354 (B), 307 I.P.C. properly.

WJC No.2043 of 2024(3) dt.24-04-2025 2/2 independently, and without being influenced by the accused, and further to record the statement of the informant, u/s- 161, 164 Cr.P.C and also record the statements of the witnesses of the informant, and b. The respondent nos. 6 to 8 may be directed to investigate the case afresh or reinvestigate the case and submit a fresh Charge Sheet against the accused, and c. The respondents no 6 to 8 may be directed to arrest the accused (Respondent No.9) and take all legal actions against the accused.

3. The SHO, Khagaul Police Station has appeared in this Court personally.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the State that the present dispute is between cousin brother and sister and charge-sheet has already been submitted in this case.

5. In view of the above, if the petitioner has any further grievance after submission of charge-sheet, she can approach the Court below for redressal of the same and this Court will not interfere in the matter.

6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

7. The personal appearance of the SHO, Khagaul Police Station is dispensed with.
