The Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Sonbarsa Raj P.S. Case No. 75 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 447, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has committed no offence and has been falsely implicated in this case. This case is counter version of Sonbarsa Raj P.S. Case No. 74 of 2016. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above in the event of arrest or

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22927 of 2017 (2) dt.07-06-2017 2/2 surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Sonbarsa Raj P.S. Case No. 75 of 2016; subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
