Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sheohar P.S.Case No.43/19 corresponding to G.R.No.196 of 2019, registered for offences punishable under Sections 366(A), 368, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per FIR allegation against the petitioner is that he has taken minor daughter of the informant for working in sewing company and the statement of the girl recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. discloses the same.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the medical report disclosed her age between 17-19 years and as a matter of fact there is dispute with respect to wages and as such he has been falsely implicated in this case.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the3 like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Sheohar in connection with Sheohar P.S.Case No.43 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
