ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 05-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 3.8.2012 by which Additional Sessions Judge, Samastipur, has summoned the Petitioner to face trial under Section 319 Cr. P.C. in Sessions Trial No. 703 of 2009/327 of 2009.

Considering that the Petitioner was named in the First Information Report and, subsequently, named by the witnesses during trial, I see no reason for interference in the matter. The application stands dismissed.

The Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial

No.36614 of 2012 dt.05-05-2015 2/2 expeditiously without granting unnecessary adjournment to any Party for which reason, for which reason, he is directed to send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for production of the witnesses along with a copy of this order in connection with Mohiuddin Nagar P.S. Case No. 53 of 2009, to the Superintendent of Police, Samastipur, and the Superintendent of Police, Samastipur, is directed to ensure production of the witnesses on the date so fixed by the Trial Court so that there is no further delay in trial.
