JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 15-05-2017 The petitioner seeks direction to the respondent authorities to make payment of his salary from December, 2015 to March, 2017, which has been stopped without any valid grounds. The petitioner was appointed as a clerk in the office of Regional Development Parishad, Narkatiyaganj, Ram Nagar Anchal, Bettiah, West Champaran, on 01.03.2007. According to him, he regularly attended the office and discharged his duties. Learned counsel submits that the respondents failed to consider that during this period, the petitioner had also participated in Bihar Panchayat Election, 2016.
