The petitioner is said to have retired holding of ClassIV post in 2014 while working under Superintending Engineer, Public Health Engineering Department, Gaya Circle, Gaya. It is his case that he has been paid all his retiral dues except for General Provident Fund amount and Group Saving Scheme. The writ application was filed in 2017. No counter affidavit has, however, been filed on behalf of respondent-State of Bihar. It is specific case of the petitioner that he is entitled to a sum of Rs. 1,93,607=00 against General Provident Fund amount and Rs. 39,564 against Group Saving Scheme. Considering the nature of grievance, which the

Patna High Court CWJC No.7237 of 2017(4) dt.18-05-2020 2/3 petitioner has raised in the present writ application, this application is disposed of with a direction that let respondent no. 3 consider the petitioner's case and ensure that he is paid his admissible dues within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order.

Since there is a lockdown, the Court has considered it appropriate to adopt following procedure for communication of the present order:- (i) The order, which has been dictated during the course of the proceedings of virtual Court, shall be communicated to me on my e-mail I.D. by the Secretary. (ii) The corrected copy of the order shall be transmitted by me from my e-mail I.D. to the Secretary, which shall be treated to be the authentic copy of the order passed by this Court today in the present proceeding.

(iii) Hard copy of the order, duly signed by me, shall be preserved in my residential office for documentation and future use, if any.

(iv) Let a copy of the order be communicated to learned counsel for the parties on their respective e-mail address.

(v) Let steps be taken by the Registry for uploading of
