In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Excise Case No.28C3 of 2015, registered for the offence punishable under Section 47 (a) of the Excise Act.

In view of the fact that prayer for grant of anticipatory bail has already been rejected on earlier occasion vide order dated 24.06.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.37710 of 2019, this Court does not find that there is any substantial change of circumstances which will require consideration of the application for grant of anticipatory bail again. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is again rejected.
