2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Palanwa P.S. Case No. 34 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 307, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, on 27.02.2023 at about 10.30 P.M. at the marriage ceremony of informant' sister, the petitioners and co-accused persons pressurized to play vulgar songs. When he opposed, the accused persons started abusing and assaulting him.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69631 of 2023(2) dt.01-11-2023 2/2 Petitioner No. 2 assaulted the niece of the informant with iron rod on his lips due to which he sustained injury and petitioner No. 2 snatched a gold chain from his neck.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated. They are the persons of clean antecedents. The impugned order does not reveal the injury being grievous.

5. Considering these facts and circumstances as well as clean antecedents of the petitioners, let them, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Raxaul, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Palanwa P.S. Case No. 34 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) CrPC. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) SONALI/- U T
