2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 329 (3) , 329 ( 4 ), 126 ( 2 ), 127 ( 2 ), 115 ( 2 ), 118 (1), 117 ( 2 ), 74, 109 and 3 (5) of BNS.

3 . As per the prosecution case , informant namely , Ram Sagun Mahto alleged that on 06.01.2025 at about 9 AM, all the F.I.R. named accused persons including these petitioners assaulted informant and his wife with various weapons due to which informant sustained 7 injuries and wife of infomant

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66085 of 2025(2) dt.17-09-2025 2/2 sustained 3 injuries. Doctor has found the injury Nos. 1 , 3 , 4, 5 and 7 grievous in nature .

4. Considering the nature of injuries and gravity of offence , prayer for pre-arrest bail of these petitioners is rejected.
